The Jefferson is an exclusive new building with 6 lofts located in the historical Art Deco area of South Beach. Developed by SMG, an investment firm specializing in real-estate development in Miami Beach, The Jefferson offers a unique lifestyle in a very popular neighborhood.
The branding strategy needed to translate the lifestyle benefits into a strong and compelling visual language that would help drive sales of the lofts. The branding process identified the target market and its motivations. This information was transformed into a stylish visual language that combines feng shui and elegance under the slogan “Live Your Life in Perfect Harmony”.
