When Hazera Genetics merged with the longstanding Dutch company Nickerson Zwaan, we were brought in to establish a robust unified brand for the merged company that would still retain each original company’s unique brand assets. We had to create an effective brand that would bridge the immense gaps between Israeli and Dutch culture.

Solution

Following comprehensive, in-depth research, we recommended that the new company retain the Hazera name, as it has an impressively strong reputation worldwide. We then gave the new brand a fresh, contemporary look, and designed an eye-catching new logo that would really stand out. In addition, we devised a graphic language for all the necessary marketing materials, which was presented in a comprehensive professional brand book – these materials included the seed packaging design, global websites, catalogs, and exhibition materials, among many others.
